a. b. (5) Real Estate – the acquisition or lease of real property or the selling or rental price of real estate.

a. Discuss / Approve MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) submitted to the Marion Park District by the Williamson County EMA using a Park location (Soccer Complex) as a staging area in the event of a natural disaster.
b. Discuss / Approve sewer line right of way agreement with the City of Marion.
c. Discuss / Approve General Obligation Bond interest payment to BOK Financial in the amount of $8,763.00 due June 15, 2024.
