a. (21) Executive / Closed Minutes – Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under Illinois Open Meetings Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes.

(1) Personnel – To consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony or complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

a. Approval of Executive Session minutes from February 24, 2025, May 19, 2025, June 23, 2025, July 21, 2025, August 25, 2025, and September 29, 2025, to remain closed with or without exception.
b. Discuss / Approve pool filtration system cleaning in the amount of $22,665.
11. New Business
a. Discuss / Approve amended Truth in Taxation Resolution, 25-04
b. Discuss / Approve 2025 Bond payment, Principal, and Interest, to Bank of Oklahoma (BOK Financial) in the amount of $55,257.00 due on December 15, 2025.
c. Discuss / Approve special compensation for Park Services staff (M. Strobel, C. Gravatt, C. Withers, A. Stephens, K. Houseright, K. Akers) of the Marion Park District.
d. Discuss / Approve special compensation for administrative staff (Z. Odum, K. Bauernfeind – Moore) of the Marion Park District.
e. Discuss / Approve the payment of Illinois Public Risk Fund (IPRF) premium payment for the first quarter in the amount of $11,847.00 and $11,848.00 each quarter after for 2026.
f. Discuss / Approve Executive Minutes transcription.
