- Personnel – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, dismissal, performance or personal status of employees, officers, and legal counsel for the park district.

- Discuss / Approve 2020 Bond payment, Principal, and Interest, to Bank of Oklahoma (BOK Financial) in the amount of $52,419.00 due on December 15, 2020.

- Discuss / Approve special compensation for all full-time staff (M. Strobel, C. Gravatt, C. Withers, A. Newlin, K. Bauernfeind, K. Houseright, J. Reed and C. Underwood) of the Marion Park District.
- Discuss / Approve Merit Compensation for Director.
- Discuss / Approve offering free membership for THE Bark Park to anyone that paid prior to March 15, 2020.
