a. Executive / Closed Minutes – Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under Illinois Open Meetings Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes.

Personnel – To consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony or a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

a. Discuss / Approve rescinding November 19, 2019 new business item 10g, transferring $700,000 to Illinois Funds.
b. Discuss / Approve establishing a Public Interest Checking account with Peoples National Bank.

a. Discuss / Approve FY2019 Audit, prepared by Sarah Gibbens, CPA.
b. Discuss / Approve payment of Audit billing from Sarah Gibbens, CPA.
c. Discuss / Approve Resolution 20 – 01, designation of OMA officers.
d. Discuss / Approve Resolution 20 – 02, designation of FOIA officers.
e. Discuss / Approve Resolution 20 – 03, Sexual Harassment.
f. Discuss / Approve the proposal from Peoples National Bank for a new credit card purchasing system. The Marion Park District currently uses BMO (Bank of Montreal).
g. Discuss / Approve renting Ashley Park area for an exclusive wedding in May 22, 2021 for Danielle Kubiak. The wedding reception will be held at the Boy Scout Cabin on the same day at the Special Events rate.
h. Approval of Executive Session minutes from June 25, 2019, July 23, 2019, August 27, 2019, September 24, 2019, October 22, 2019, Special Meeting November 18, 2019, November 19, 2019 and December 17, 2019 to remain closed with or without exception.
i. Discuss Batting Cage and Goofy Golf improvement and lease for 2020.
